Lessons

Lessons will be an hour in duration and will be accessed using a link. I normally have a 5 minute gap between lessons so it is important to be prompt.

Terms of payment

Due to high demand for my tuition services, to guarantee your weekly/regular lesson, all lesson fees will need to be paid for in advance, in a block of 4 or more. I will send out a payment reminders when the payments have run out.  

Payment may be made by bank transfer or cash.‬

Cancellations/Reschedules

I appreciate, from time-to-time, a lesson may have to be cancelled, and I ask for a notice of at least 24 hours. If cancellation is at shorter notice, I will endeavour to find another student to take your slot. If this isn't possible, lessons will be charged as follows:

>24 hours notice: No charge
<24 hours notice: 50% of lesson fee due
No notice given: Full fee will be due

If you would like to swap a lesson from your normal time, this may be possible if I have sufficient notice. I will ask another student to swap times with you. You may be asked to swap to help another student from time-to-time and any flexibility you can give is always appreciated and is likely to be reciprocated.

Notice

I understand that using a tutor is a big commitment of time and money, so I do not ask for any long term commitment. You can cancel our arrangement at any time and any balance will be returned in full without question. I am immensely proud of the fact that I have never been asked to do this, and that students who start working with me, will stay with me until the end of the course.
